It is algae.

So your tank has some nutrients to grow algae.
You should stop some trace elements.
Iodine is one choice.
Another choice is decreasing KH.

Watch out SPS condition.
Whenever decrease trace element or KH, SPS is getting a bad condition.

I'm not sure about increasing MG or reducing trace elements. However one thing that I can recommend is doing more frequent water changes. Your rocks may be leaching Phosphate (PO4) and or it could be coming from flake food, if you use it. I had a problem with PO4 leaching from my rocks, but I consistently performed water changes and was dosing vodka for a while. The vodka mainly helped out with the NO3 and overall water clarity, but didn't do anything to the PO4 levels, which were still high.
So, what I ended up doing was setting up a refugium where I keep macro algae and having a friend from the US bring me some Phosbuster Pro. Those two combined really help bring my PO4 into check and although I still have issues with it also, it's not so bad.
Whatever you do, don't BRUSH the algae out with a wire brush. Here's a good method for dealing with hair algae issues. http://www.melevsreef.com/gha.html
